We worked closely with Octopus Energy’s internal team to help launch their new U.S. website. We were involved with the whole process for both the marketing and enrollment sections of the site.
We helped streamline the new enrollment by identifying and eliminating pain points and creating a whole new flow and UX for ease of use. We also helped redesign and redefine the user experience on each marketing page so users can seamlessly find the content they want.
The result is a beautifully designed site thats easy to navigate allowing customers and users to get exactly where they need to go, while also having a lot of fun little surprises and animations to discover along the way.
